Johanna Borné

Dr Johanna Borné has more than 15 years’ international experience in product innovation, R & D management and business development. She holds a PhD from Lund University, Sweden, in Chemical Engineering, Lipid Chemistry and is a member (fellow) of Royal Society of Chemistry.

She is currently Global Director at BU Cosmetics, ZymIQ Technology AB.

Emelie Olsson
Junior Formulation Scientist

Emelie is a pharmacist educated at the Gothenburg University in Gothenburg, Sweden. She has been a member of the Scancos board since November 2022.

Emelie is currently working as a junior formulation scientist as a product developer and stability coordinator at Perrigo Nordic (Former ACO Hud Nordic AB). She has previously worked at Kronans Apotek and AstraZeneca.

Jenni Hallanaro
Product Developer

Jenni joined the SCANCOS board in November 2022. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Genetics (2010) and Pharmacy (2013) from the University of Helsinki and in Beauty and Cosmetics (2016) from Laurea University of Applied Sciences.

Jenni has been working at Berner Oy since 2016, currently in the role of product developer within oral care and personal hygiene products.

Héloïse Le Levier
Chemist

Héloïse obtained her Master's Degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from CPE Lyon in 2018. She is currently working for H&M Group as a Chemist - Product Quality Specialist for color cosmetics.

She has been a member of the board since January 2023.

Frederik Eberth
Scientific Consultant

Frederik is co-founder of Mersil Consult and he has more than 10 years of experience as safety assessor of cosmetic products including the regulatory affairs side of the cosmetic industry.

Frederik is also a product formulator and proud winner of the Danish Beauty Awards 2023 for Danish Product of the Year.

As a pharmacist (MSc Pharmacy, Copenhagen University) specialized in pharmaceutical technology Frederik has great interest in GMP and natural ingredients and remedies.

Mike Ohlendorff
R&D Manager

Mike has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Danmarks Tekniske University (DTU). He has been working within the industry since 2009, first within sales at an ingredient distributor Bionord A/S, then as a Product developer and R&D Manager with the Danish beauty brand Ecooking.

 Mike is currently working at Victoria Soap as an R&D Manager.
