Mission Statement
SCANCOS is committed to advancing the knowledge of cosmetic science and technology and associated areas, and to encouraging the dissemination of this knowledge. The society endeavours to do this by attracting to its membership men and women with high scientific qualifications and with experience both academically and industrially in cosmetics or related sciences; and by its activities, ie its publications, educational programs and scientific meeting, which are outlined in this web site.
We have around 100 members and are affiliated to the International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists (IFSCC)
